Create the implementation plan
The API creates a detailed implementation plan from the structured requirements. Prompt Flow validates requirement coverage and saves TASK_MANAGER.md with ordered tasks, dependencies, references and acceptance checks. A reusable FastAPI and React foundation comes first; OpenCode extends it with the required features, QA/QC and local preview.

One frontend and one backend run at a time, on separate ports from Prompt Flow. Open the preview in a new tab to see changes during implementation. Both stop when Prompt Flow stops.
The preview starts after the foundation is created.
